Inspiriert wurde dieses Lied von einer »Keine Kompromisse«-Haltung, die es bei uns in der Band schon seit einigen Jahren bei der Entscheidungsfindung gibt: »Entweder Null oder Eins« und dem Zitat » I either eat too much or starve myself. Sleep for 14 hours or have insomniac nights. Fall in love very hard or hate passionately. I don’t know what grey is. I never did.« (Unbekannt)
Die Referenz »No Retreat – No Regrets« bezieht sich auf den Song »Meet Me By The Rivers Edge« von THE GASLIGHT ANTHEM (wiederum eine Referenz an BRUCE SPRINGSTEENs Song »No Surrender«) und findet sich tatsächlich als Tattoo auf Archis Armen wieder.
